Scharmann
The Scharmann Ecocut 1.6 floortype has an X-axis travel of 5600 mm. Because it’s a floortype, the metal can be moved, and the X-axis travel can be extended significantly. The Y-axis travel is 1600 mm, and the Z-axis travel is 800 mm. The spindle can also extend 600 mm from the column, allowing it to reach difficult areas of the workpiece. It can handle workpieces up to 20 tons, making it a real powerhouse.

Schöbel
The Schöbel is a small but essential lathe that holds the workpiece between the chuck and the center point. A CNC-controlled head moves along the workpiece to machine the metal with precision. The maximum turning diameter is 300 mm, and the maximum turning length is 1000 mm.

Wotan Floortype Borer
The Wotan Floortype can machine 10 meters in one setup. It can drill, mill, and bore. It can handle large and heavy workpieces without hesitation, and with shifting, it can even it can handle long and high constructions with its ability to achieve a stroke of 20 meters.

Kao Ming Milling Machine
The Kao Ming 700 HV is a heavy-duty metalworking machine. With its 5-face machining center, it can handle large and complex products with a maximum workpiece weight of 1.5 tons. Sedin Carousel Lathe

Rafamet Carousel Lathe

Burkhardt & Weber Portal Milling Machine
The CNC-controlled Burkhardt & Weber portal milling machine has a table size of 2200 x 4000 mm, an X-axis stroke of 4400 mm, a Y-axis passage height of 1700 mm, and a passage width of 2800 mm. The carousel table has a diameter of 2700 mm and can make up to 120 rotations per minute. The positioning table has a diameter of 2700 mm and can make up to 6 rotations per minute.
